Add CO- to construction


Co-construction tool basically means tool that supports the construction of knowledge through a shared understanding, rather working individually. In a co-construction, there should be two or more people sharing their idea on a same topic or plan. ICT in fact serves as a powerful co-construction tool in education. It enables learners to actively participate in their learning journey by collaborating, creating and sharing knowledge with others. They collectively build understanding and meaning through collaborative activities. 


There are many reason as of why co-construction tool should be used in teaching and learning session. Through digital tools like google slides, google sheets, online platforms, discussion forums and others, learners can work together on projects, share ideas and provide feedback. It actually enhance construction of new knowledge, allow co-edit, enhance collaborative learning environment and many others. In a way, educator should use the idea of co-construction tool in order to fulfill the above reasons.

One of the most exciting transformations that happened before our eyes is the rise of ICT as a co-construction tool. This shift moves us beyond simple information transmission and empowers a more collaborative knowledge-building process. Access to vast information resources enriches the learning experience, providing a broader foundation for students to build upon. Visualization tools like mind maps and simulations make complex concepts more accessible, promoting deeper understanding. Collaboration skills are honed as  Furthermore, developing effective online learning activities and fostering a culture of online collaboration require ongoing teacher training and support. Despite the challenges, ICT as a co-construction tool holds immense potential. By embracing these tools and continually refining our strategies, we can cultivate a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment. The future of education lies in fostering a collaborative spirit, where teachers act as facilitators and students become active co-constructors of knowledge. This shift promises a richer, more meaningful learning experience for all.


Below are the co-constructed sample based on the topic, "impact of ai in teaching and learning". In constructing the sample below, we had 7 members including myself. In the beginning we tried reason our own opinion on how AI has impacted the teaching and learning in today's world. In the end, we tried summarize the main and important points that every individual found important to  reflect.
